Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator job in Blackburn Hospital area.

**About The Job**:
- Mon - Fri
- 8 am - 5 pm
- £9.75 p/h
**Duties**:
- Log reactive tasks on CAFM systems
- Produce reports to demonstrate Helpdesk performance
- Scan and file completed worksheets
**Description**:
We run facilities management for Royal Blackburn Hospital and run an on site Helpdesk which fields calls from members of ELHT and logs them on a bespoke CAFM system. After logging we need to liaise with engineers and subcontractors to progress each job to completion.
