We are looking for a strong Portfolio Support Officer to join a well-rounded company who have been providing the pharmaceutical professionals with industry-leading solutions for over 35 years.

**The Details**:

- Pay: £27,000pa-£33,000pa (dependent on experience)
- Location: Remote working initially (must be within 1 hour travel time of Sawston, Cambridgeshire)
- Duration: Temporary on-going
- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (40hrs)

In this position, you will be joining the newly created Transformation team, supporting the Transformation Director and the portfolio office/wider team on a temporary basis initially, whilst they recruit externally to build this team. This team's goal isto build and drive the critical changes and innovation needed for end-to-end global transformation.

**Overview The Role**:
**Project Work**:

- Acting as a gatekeeper and facilitator for the Transformation Team (a key point of contact)
- Taking ownership of various tasks to projects associated with the transformation
- Working closely with the Planning, Risk & Reporting Manager to ensure meeting schedules are in place and reports are created accurately and on time
- Building excelling working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Working closely with the Executive Assistant for any cross over activity with SLT and provide support when required

**Events**:

- Leading the organisation of transformation related events and workshops
- Supporting the transformation input to all company events and workshops
- Fully understanding and complying with, implementing, and taking a responsible part in all security policies, procedures, and manuals applicable to your site (including shipment, IT, and Information Security).

**Administration**
- Managing diaries and schedules for the Transformation Director and the wider transformation team as needed
- Preparing agendas, circulating documents in advance of meetings, producing accurate minutes and following up action logs
- Supporting the transformation communications in drafting and editing presentations in PowerPoint and any other related documentation
- Creating and maintaining carious Teams sites as appropriate
- Booking travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries including flights, transportation and hotels, reviewing requirements for Visas, ESTAs etc
- Collating and distributing necessary reports as directed by the transformation director
- Providing executive support to delivery team colleagues in their roles including assistant and checking completion of project documentation to help minimise errors and gaps in information
- Collating and preparing expenses, processing invoices, raising POs
- Proven experience as a Portfolio or PMO Support Officer, ideally in a fast-paced, global organisation
- Extensive experience of working within a busy environment, responding to multiple demands at a time
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including SharePoint 2019, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and a self starter - someone who is happy to take responsibility and ownership, ensuring that a project or task is completed to the satisfaction of everyone involved
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, whilst engaging and communicating with people diplomatically, competently and effectively across all levels.
