**Grade: E £22129 - £24920 pro rata**

**Contract: FTC until 31st March 2023**

**The Role**

Have you ever worked in out of school clubs? Are you looking for a new, exciting challenge?

As a senior playworker you will be responsible for the running and development of out of school clubs/play provision and to provide fun, new and exciting opportunities to Children and young people within a play setting.

You will be responsible for running your own club and leading a team of playworkers to deliver day to day activities in a safe, fun environment catering for and meeting the children’s needs, after school and in school holidays.

Your role will include planning and providing activities for children and young people in line with the Ofsted EYFS Statutory Framework.

You will also need to ensure all records of staff details and supervisions are kept up to date.

**About You**

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person who can lead a team of workers and be responsible for providing and developing fun, high quality opportunities to children and young people. You will be able to provide a safe and friendly environment where children are given the opportunities to develop and grow. You must be able to work on your own and as part of a team and have experience of working with children/young people aged 4-12 years old.

Driving will also be essential to this role.

You must have evidence of a professional qualification at Level 3 (or above) in a relevant qualification (Early Years and childcare) together with a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience of staff management

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £22,129.00-£24,920.00 per year
