Aircraft Safety is a key value at KLM UK Engineering. We are looking for a keen administrator to support the team primarily by managing, recording and organising KLM UK Engineering’s Technical Data and Occurrence Reporting.

**KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**
- To ensure data is maintained in accordance with regulatory standards
- System support to ensure availability of working document systems to users
- Manage publication of information to ensure required documentation is available and easily retrieved
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the S&C Department
- Assistance and Administration support for the Aviation Occurrence system
- Administration of personnel licensing and authorisation system
- S&C IT System Administration

Due to the nature of the environment and the need to interact with the team and the department, the position is primarily site based.

**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL**
- Have an eye for processes and detail
- Enjoy a systematic approach to work
- Be able to work on several projects at the same time
- Have excellent communication skills
- Work on their own initiative
- Experience of working in a Quality or Compliance department would be beneficial
- Experience of a working in a highly regulated environment would be advantageous
