Rail Gourmet UK is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as **Customer Service Assistant for East Midlands at Sheffield Station.**

**Hours**: Full Time Permanent (40 hours/week)
**Shifts**: Varied between 2 PM to 10 PM, including some weekends.

Pay Rate: £ 12 per hour._**

**AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT YOU’LL**:

- Operating platform trucks for train-side deliveries (Full training provided).
- Loading/offloading catering equipment/stock from EMR trains.
- Order assembly and stock control.
- Comply with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.

**REQUIREMENTS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT**:

- Due to some responsibilities within the Customer Service Assistant role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
- The role involves manual loading and unloading of items, requiring physical capability and stamina.
