Our leading home development client is currently looking to expand their team.

We are currently looking for a part time health and safety advisor to support our construction site team in their duties.

You will be reporting directly to the Construction Director

**Key Duties / Responsibilities**

Provide assistance to site managers with initial site setup to ensure all safety documentation and signs are in place.

Should any works be required to cease you would need to take photographic evidence and provide a detailed written report to the construction director.

Support our site tradesman with ongoing health and safety training.

Carry our formal site inspections and provide written report scoring the site with photos to support.

Investigate & report to the Construction Director all potential RIDDORS, Accidents, Minor Injuries, Non-Conformances and Near Misses.

Investigate & report all Enforcing Authority visits to the Construction Director.

Analise site reports to find high risk tasks and how we can improve

Attend monthly management meeting to present your findings and areas of improvement.

Produce monthly summary reports.

Deliver on site Toolbox talks & Training where required.

Assist in the development of site and business action plans.

**Required Qualifications**:

- NEBOSH Construction
- NEBOSH Environment
- AIEMA
- TechIOSH

**Key knowledge and skills**:

- Construction experience essential
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of current Health and safety legislation.
- Report writing skills.
- Risk assessment writing
- Carry out high level of research knowledge.
