Bar Supervisor

Job description

Based in Chorlton, the Greater Manchester Police Sports and Social Club hosts conferences, functions and events for members and non-members of the club.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive bar supervisor to join our team of professionals in providing a premium customer experience to visitors to the club.

You will be experienced in working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same and will posses the following skills and capabilities:

- Excellent communicator with first rate customer service experience.
- Good team player
- Previous experience of Bar work is an essential requirement
- Personal licence is desirable
- Excellent leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of drinks preparation and service
- Used to working on own initiative & under pressure
- Provide support to colleagues and direct reports
- Used to working shifts including evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: 37.5 per week (avg over 3 week period) following a flexible shift pattern including evenings and weekends
