Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Child and family Counsellor/Psychotherapist to join our team. As a Child and family Counsellor /Psychotherapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic support and guidance to young people aged 4-14 experiencing mental health challenges. Your role will involve developing care plans, conducting therapy sessions, and helping Young people navigate their emotional well-being. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs
- Develop personalized care plans based on clients' goals and objectives
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Help clients develop coping strategies and improve their emotional well-being
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the field of psychotherapy
- Utilize IT systems and software to manage client information effectively

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Psychotherapist with relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., BACP, UKCP)
- Proven experience in providing psychotherapy services to individuals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Empathetic nature and genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in developing care plans tailored to individual client needs
- Familiarity with IT systems for managing client information

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £35.00-£60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Psychotherapy: 1 year (required)
- working with children: 1 year (required)
