The Operations Team at Proptech have a post available & are looking for an enthusiastic technician that is looking to progress their career within the aviation sector.

**PURPOSE OF ROLE**:

- Carry out preparation work for Propeller repairs and overhauls
- Working in line with manufacturers’ and regulatory requirements to meet the customer’s expectations of turnaround time, delivery date and quality standards.
- Support all team members with duties across the shop floor.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Carry out preparation work including cleaning and grinding/sanding of products prior to paint.
- Carry out masking operations in accordance with instructions provided.
- Undertake maintenance and cleaning of the paint facility.
- Assist with the management of paint materials and waste.
- Develop skills in paint spraying to support the workload.

**Additional Tasks**
- Assist with other areas of the workshop as required.

**Facility**
- Assist with regular equipment maintenance tasks.
- Assist with MRO tool control.
- Uphold high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the working environment.
- Proactively identify elements of processes, equipment and facility that may benefit from improvements.

**Safety**
- The use of PPE as directed is mandatory.
- Report any safety issues immediately.

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
