**Job Title** Graduate Shared Services Project and Business Change

**Location** Preston, Lancashire

**Start Date** 27th January 2025

**Salary** £34,000 & £2,000 Welcome Bonus

Shared Services comprises 2,500+ colleagues across the UK and internationally, delivering 220+ services which support colleagues throughout every stage of their career.
Some of the functions include, HR, Payroll, Pensions, International secondment, Procurement, Facilities and worldwide IT services.

**What you’ll be doing**

You’ll take responsibility for your own development and as your experience grows, it’s expected that you’ll expand the scope and complexity of your contribution. You’ll be expected to work independently on routine activities and you’ll be supervised and supported whilst working on more complex activities.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Working closely with project management staff to ensure due consideration is given to business change throughout project lifecycles
- Assessing, managing and minimising impacts of change
- Coordinating the development of effective approaches and clear plans to support people through change, helping to ensure successful implementation
- Identifying and managing benefits through to realisation
- Managing, engaging and communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Designing and tracking success measures
- Identifying business change risks and ensuring these are mitigated and escalated where appropriate

**Skills**

As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business / project management / HR or similar related fields.
