**Responsibilities for this Local Property Partner role will include**:

- Conversion of valuations to instructions
- Managing offer negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback to improve sales
- High levels of compliance handling buyer and seller data
- Engaging and referring customers to property related products

**Skills & Experience for this Local Property Partner role**:

- Experience within estate agency sales or valuations
- Comfortable with core estate agency processes
- Enjoy working with targets
- Sound knowledge of the local property market
- Strong customer service skills
