Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a prosperous company in Flintshire?

Our client is seeking skilled and experienced CNC Press Brake Setters to join their team. As a member of their team, you will be creating bespoke metal fabrications, you won’t be working on the same product day in day out.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible to:

- Set and operate CNC brake-presses and metal-folding machines working on diverse projects, creating custom metal fabrications rather than repetitive, standardised parts.
- Fabricate steel and aluminium materials with precision and attention to detail.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD drawings to create bending and folding programs for the CNC controller.
- Transform production drawings into the required metal profiles and shapes.
- Ensure accuracy by checking height, depth, and thickness using micrometres, dial indicators, callipers, gauges, and other precision instruments.
- Adhere to tight tolerances and defined quality assurance processes.
- Work independently or as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.

**Essential Requirements**:

- 5 years CNC Brake Press setting and operating
- Demonstrated hard-working and team-player mentality.
- Prior experience working with CNC brake-presses and metal-folding machines.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD drawings.
- Expertise in fabricating both steel and aluminium materials.
- Ability to work to tight tolerances and adhere to defined quality assurance processes.**Desirable**
- Familiarity with Amada machines is advantageous.
- Possess a driving licence
- Possess a FLT licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £34,994.00 per year
