PA/Secretary

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time PA/Secretary to join a small, young, vibrant firm of Accountants based in Fulham.

You will be the initial point of contact for clients. You will be a key administrative team member.

Your duties will consist of:

- Assist and support the Director, Manager and all members of accounts staff in all aspects of the role.
- Dealing with in and outgoing telephone calls in a professional manner
- Meeting and greeting all visitors and clients
- Checking all incoming post/coding/scanning/sending copies to relevant parties
- Diary management - arranging meetings and ensuring relevant paperwork is ready for meetings.
- Raising invoices/paying bills/keeping books up to date/prepare managements, chasing outstanding fees
- Preparing outgoing correspondence to clients, HMRC, Companies House etc.
- Liaising with Companies House and HMRC regarding client requests and appeals, filing accounts, Confirmation Statements and other documents with Companies House
- Dealing with clearance requests
- Ensuring all office supplies are stocked at all times
- Book and plan training sessions for the account staff
- Research/order new software or other relevant office equipment
- Review utilities and compare/update to keep competitive charges
- Set up limited companies and preparation of new client engagement packs
- Organising staff events such as Christmas parties
- Making sure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis and all other aspects of a secretarial role, basic ad hoc duties all included
- Previous PA/Secretarial experience
- Must be proactive and efficient
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Attention to detail, hardworking and professional
- Reliable and Flexible
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
