Level 2 Adult Care Apprenticeship

Visiting Angels North Surrey are an award winning, premium quality, home care company providing personalised care. We want to help people live well in their own homes and believe we are a home care company with a difference.
We are of the opinion that delivering consistently high-quality care can only be achieved by following the company ethos of being truly carer centric so we have a stringent recruitment procedure, followed by four days of in-house training to ensure we offer premium quality care.
Investing in staff means caregivers stay with the company longer, and importantly, provides a continuity of care for our clients.
Visiting Angels is a global leader in providing quality home care. They started operating 22 years ago, originating in Philadelphia, USA, and have now moved over to the UK. The Regional Office is in Chessington, and serve all communities from New Malden down to Cobham, and from Hampton Court across to Sutton.
**Vacancy Overview**
We are looking for genuinely caring people to be 'Angels' to our clients. We know that there is no better reward than helping others in need and we want people who work for us to have a truly caring nature.
If you want to work with people, helping them to stay in their own home where they feel safe, providing services ranging from meal preparation, medication assistance, shopping, cleaning and personal care, then we can train and support you to do this well.
Personalised working hours are available between 7.30am and 10pm, we are particularly seeking applicants who are able to work mornings and evenings as there are times when our clients need the most help.
We are offering the opportunity to develop good working relationships with clients with our minimum one hour calls instead of rushing from client to client.
Recognising the value of our Angels, we want to respect and value the time that you give to us and our clients, and we will also pay for you to attend our bespoke Visiting Angels Academy Training (Covid regulations currently apply), through a training payment of £250 following satisfactory completion of the training and probation.
We support clients in the whole of the North Surrey area such as Kingston, New Malden, Worcester Park, Cheam, Stoneleigh, Sutton, Esher, Epsom, Hampton Court, Morden, plus all the surrounding areas, and we would match you with clients in your local area.
