Lowri Beck, part of the Calisen Group, is in an exciting and strong position where we are seeing growth and development in all areas of the business, as the group expands its range of activities in line with its mission to deliver Smarter Energy for All.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday on a hybrid basis working from home, with travel to our Wigan office at least 2 days per week & occasional travel to interact with field-based employees. The salary is to be discussed between £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience & qualifications.

**What we are looking for**
- A relevant professional health and safety qualification, NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills
- Driving licence that entitles you to drive within the UK.
- Experience within a SHEQ environment driving a positive HSQE culture within the business such as developing and delivering training and presentations to all levels of management and staff. Any experience working within a similar field-based business/industry which also includes office and logistics personnel would be desirable.
- Experience of the operation and maintenance of relevant certified management systems including ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
- Experience of carrying out, co-ordinating or supporting internal audits and inspections across all QHSE disciplines.
- Experience of leading or carrying out relevant assessments including general risk, CoSHH, DSE, etc
- Experience of supporting Occupational Health and Hygiene assessments.
- Computer literate with ability to operate Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability and confidence to present SHEQ information to large and small groups.
- Good IT skills and experience
