Juice is excited to be working with a leading independent property agency based in Bath in their search for a Junior Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team.
We are looking for a professional and positive individual, someone who is organised and has strong communication skills. If you enjoy a fast-paced varied working environment and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service then this could be therole for you. You will have the opportunity to work with a team who holds a wealth of knowledge for the local Bath property market.
DAY TO DAY:

- Dealing with new enquiries over the telephone
- Assisting with the coordination of viewings
- Registering new customers and managing applicants
- Attending meetings with clients to understand their needs
- Administering landlord contracts
- Supporting with general administration tasks such as reference checks, tenancy agreements, deposit schemes, and inventory checks

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

- Experience working in customer-facing roles
- Demonstrable interest in the property sector
- A personable and professional communicator who can build rapport
- Someone who is eager to develop their negotiating abilities
- Fantastic time management and the ability to prioritise workload
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office and Excel
- A full driving license is required
