**Building Surveyor - Residential**

**Location**: Leamington Spa / Midlands

**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000 + Car Allowance

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect all construction work on site and ensure that it is carried out in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
- Ensure that all materials used on site are of the required quality.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that work is carried out efficiently.
- Prepare reports on the progress of work on site.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Clerk of Works.
- Knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
