The right person will be able to work alone and part of the team.

Role, Responsibilities:

- Check and Read measuring equipment
- Understand engineering drawings
- Work to customer tolerances
- Automatic eye bore machines
- Manual eye bore machines
- Various taper machining
- Network rail assembly
- Undertake special projects as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities
- Support and participate in process improvement activities
- Undertake training and development where identified

Relationship management
- Liaise and communicate with other departments
- Assist with customer visits

Self-management
- Comply with the Heath, safety and Environmental polices
- Balanced and confident
- Makes productive contributions
- Consistently manages the task in hand
- Demonstrates the core company values
