We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Branch Administrator** to join our sales team in Great Dunmow.

**Duties (including but not limited to)**:

- Coordinating all the administrative activities within the branch
- Utilising the various computer based systems to undertake activities and managing the database
- Handling incoming enquiries where required
- Supporting the Branch Manager with general office management duties and up keep
- Providing updates and offering solutions where appropriate, or sign posting the enquiry to the relevant expertise
- Supporting compliance checks and associated administration

**Essential Requirements**:

- Solid experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, efficient and professional
- Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly are essential
- Full UK Driving License

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in the property sector would be beneficial but not essential.

**Salary & Benefits**

Basic pay_**£20,000 to £24,000 pro rata per annum **_depending on experience.
