**Syncord Ltd are currently representing a large Facade / Cladding company who are currently recruiting for a Facade Designer. Due to growth, they are looking for someone who is passionate about the sector and can fit into a friendly, outgoing team. **The salary is dependant on experience.**

As a Façade Designer you will work collaboratively with other members of the team to assist and develop the complete façade design ensuring completion to programme and within budget, using robust detailing and in accordance with the client’s specific requirements.Required Experience & Competencies:

- Experience of working as a Façade Design on facade construction projects.
- Auto CAD: 3 years (preferred)
- Experience with Curtain Walling, Structural Glazing, Cladding Systems, windows and doors.
- Must understand the technical capabilities of curtain-walling/structural and fire-rated glass systems.
- Broad technical knowledge
- Commercial awareness
- Proven success in managing and delivering projects within budget and according to project deadlines.
- Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions on own judgement.
- BIM Modelling experience advantageous

The role will suit individuals currently working as a Façade Designer, Glazing Designer, Curtain Walling Designer and or Cladding Designer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
