Bar and Bistro Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar and Bistro Supervisor to join our small and friendly team at Conwy Lodge Park. A positive and outgoing personality with a natural ability to look after people while having fun is essential for this role. With the park having owners, it is important to create a lasting experience with attention to detail, ensuring repeat business and returning park visitors and most importantly, a great time

As the Bar and Bistro Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations at The Swallows Nest. This includes supervising the bar and kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food service and a well-run and efficient bar alongside providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a background in hospitality, we want to hear from you.

Duties
- Manage all food and beverage operations, including the kitchen, dining areas, and bar.
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Oversee food production to maintain high-quality standards. Work with our Chef and kitchen team to achieve best results for customers.
- Develop and implement menus that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as required from the best suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special promotions.
- Full control over profit & loss and making sure you stick to budgets resulting in a turn of profit.

Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably within food and beverage

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams to achieve operational excellence and exceed performance targets.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.

Knowledge of management systems such as SumUp/RotaReady/Resdiary

Good budget management skills, with the ability to analyse financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and drive profitability.

A real passion for food, beverage, and hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences.

£29,000 per annum plus bonus. We are growing and we want you to grow with us
