**Lettings Administrator - Estate & letting agent (Cambridge and surrounding area)**
Tylers is an established (founded in 1988) independent Estate and Lettings agents with four offices situated in Cambridge, Histon, Willingham and Newmarket, currently with an exciting and rare opportunity to join our Cambridge branch as a **Lettings Administrator**.
As a Lettings Administrator, you will be involved in a wide range of property related activities, including supporting property management, arranging the safety checks required to let a property, organising diary management, producing and issuing contracts and other relevant documentation, and coordination between tenants, landlords and contractors for maintenance issues, plus other general administration activities.
Experience in lettings is not essential, however you should have experience in office administration and within an office environment, plus be a good communicator both face to face, over the phone and on the computer. You will have a can-do attitude with a desire to succeed and meet deadlines, whilst providing exceptional customer service.
