We are currently hiring for an **Operations Clerk** based in one of our busy hubs in Milton Keynes, 25 hours per a week,** Monday to Friday, between 17:00 - 22:00.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop a good understanding of the workings of the operation to ensure service levels are achieved.
- HV freight sortation
- Driver Brief with scanners
- Taking and managing customer calls
- Complete day to day admin tasks
- Basic timesheet inputting
- Carry out any other duties that may be reasonably required in the context of the job role, or as instructed by the Site/OPs Manager.

**Experience & Skills required**:

- Experience with statistical analysis and data processing
- Administration
- Good knowledge of all computer systems relevant to the operation
- Excellent verbal and written communication is appropriate and in line with Data Protection Regulations.
- Experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is beneficial with knowledge of Microsoft Office essential.
