Axcis Education is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Cover Supervisors across the Prescot and Rainhill area. We have exciting opportunities available in mainstream schools, SEND schools, Alternative provisions, and Pupil Referral Units (PRUs).

Roles and responsibilities for TA’s and cover supervisors are to provide support to students in the classroom, and assist teachers with lesson preparation and delivery of pre-planned lessons. Manage challenging behaviour effectively, promoting a positive learning environment, offer one-on-one support to students with additional educational needs.
Lead and supervise classes as a Cover Supervisor in the absence of the regular teacher and collaborate with the teaching staff to create an inclusive and engaging learning experience for all students. And record student behaviour and attendance
