**Job Summary**:
As an Actuator Assembler, you will utilize your skills and expertise to assemble actuators, mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies, and top-level components, following our company procedures and utilizing EBS tools and processes. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the highest quality standards and contributing to the success of our products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance and Ethics**: Follow all Eaton policies, including adherence to Ethics guidelines.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain accurate records, adhere to engineering drawings and work card instructions, and meet quality standards for all parts and processes.
- **Team Player**: Demonstrate effective teamwork, working collaboratively to meet departmental targets and supporting fellow team members.
- **Product Assembly**: Utilize your assembly skills to create high-quality actuators and mechanical/electrical sub-assemblies, ensuring compliance with IPC 610/620 soldering standards.
- **Flexibility**: Be adaptable to meet business requirements, demonstrating flexibility in your work approach.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- **Soldering Skills**: Experience in IPC 610/620 soldering is beneficial
- **Visual Acuity**: Excellent eyesight and colour vision are required for this role.
- **Dexterity**: Demonstrated dexterity and attention to detail are essential to ensure precision in the assembly process.
