Our client, a leading wealth management business, is looking for an **Administrator - Financial Services** to join a growing professional company and become a valuable member of a respected local firm.

- **Full Time, Permanent**:
- **£20,500 per annum**:
- **Work from Home Options (1-2 days per week depending on the rota after probation)**
Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK
This will be a dual role to provide dedicated support to one of the Wealth Managers and to contribute towards the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
**Duties will include**:
- General administrative support (filing, scanning, basic letter writing)
- Preparation of documents, information packs, system reports, and draft letters
- Revenue reconciliation
- Liaising with policy providers, clients, and IT support
- Printing & binding letters/reports
- General reception duties including greeting visitors, telephone, and post
**About you**:
You should be confident to use your initiative but conscientious enough to ask for help. We operate in a time consuming industry so a careful and attentive approach to work is required, so your organisational skills will be exceptional.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, prioritising work to manage client expectations
- IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to navigate various provider platforms
- Professional appearance and well-mannered at all times
- A confidential and discrete approach
- Accurate with good attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team member or on own initiative
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, well-organised and methodical
