We are looking for an experienced **Parts & Customer Assistant** to work mainly at our Longrock, Penzance Depot but will be required to cover our Truro Depot occasionally. You will have the opportunity to join a busy department and no two days are the same. This role plays a vital part within the Dealership, where you will be working with Technicians, Engineers, and customers alike.

**The Assistant Role includes**:
Working with Technicians and Customers
Dispatch item orders
Liaising with the manufacturers to place orders
Handling items inwards
Picking and packing goods
Handling queries over the phone and face to face
Maintain stock levels and complete inventory checks
To use Ibcos software/Outlook/Windows/Microsoft programmes - Bespoke software - Training provided

**Qualifications and Skills Required include**:
An interest in Agricultural equipment and Groundscare
Good written and verbal skills
Mechanically minded and able to identify parts
Work well under pressure and have a keen eye for detail
Excellent customer service
Good at working as part of a team but also using your own initiative
Good time keeping
Clear understanding of data Integrity and sensitivity/confidentiality
Awareness of Health & Safety - follows manufacturing practices and required work safe practices
Forklift licence - but not essential as training will be given
Full UK Manual Driving licence
