We are looking for our new Head of Bureau join our growing company and be a key driver in Sustainable Energy First reaching his carbon reduction goals.
This role can be a remote WFH or hybrid, or fully office based, depending on where you are based and how you prefer to work.
Previously named BiU, this is an exciting opportunity to join an established and successful company and make a real impact on a great team.
The Head of Bureau will manage and motivate a team of analysts to deliver a bill validation service and provide an outstanding customer experience.
Reporting into the Director of Energy Management, this influential role is central to our core service delivery and we are looking for someone confident and passionate enough to make a real impact on the business.
**The role**:
- Own and be responsible for a small number of key accounts, carry out the client energy analyst role across the allocated accounts, ensuring the clients receive the best validation services in line with their SE First contracts.
- Manage and motivate a team of Analysts to validate and analyse ongoing utility expenditure, identify any over charges and or errors on the invoice
- Ensure that SE First customers receive the appropriate reporting of the highest quality via the team.
- Maintain and seek to continuously improve the information flow between data management and validations to allow analysts to carry out a validation service
- Ensure queries are progressed with full handover by the Validation Analysts to the Query team
- Manage recruitment for the team, reviewing CVs and attending interviews
- Liaise and collaborate with the Strategic Account Managers on the customer journey ensuring a customer focused service.
- Support the Team by providing meaningful 121s, assessing training requirements, career development and making employee well being a priority.
