**About You**:

- Experience of working in a customer service environment and can demonstrate experience and understanding of your area of expertise
- Proven track record of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team and under direction from line manager

**About The Role**:

- Works within defined processes, liaising with operational teams as appropriate, to deliver effective and efficient administrative support
- Participate in projects and on multi-functional teams providing advice and contribution in relation to the activities of the team
