We are currently looking for a
** HR Officer** to join our Sales and Marketing organisation in our Leicester Office.

**What will you do?**
- Work with line managers to on-board and induct their new team members, to ensure that all new starters are provided with the information, training and tools to successfully perform their role.
- Oversee the probation review process and work with line managers to enable their new starters to get the best from their induction.
- Proactively manager absence cases and support line managers to ensure their teams have the support they need
- Advise and support line managers all employee relations matters.
- Manage the leaver process, conduct exit interviews and report on outputs
- Manage maternity, paternity and flexible working requests
- Train managers on the HR processes including induction, performance management, discipline and grievances and absence management
- Support the HRBP in all HR maters and deputise where appropriate
- Provide reports and data in line with management requests
- Ensure that all personal data is managed in line with GDPR

What You Need to Succeed
- Qualified to CIPD level 5
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Extensive generalist HR experience across all areas of Human Resource management
- Experience in a busy HR environment which is focused on engagement and delivery of an excellent service to line managers and employees
- A good understanding of HR systems and processes and can to use data to determine trends and influence decisions
- Ability to influence at all levels of the business and build lasting working relationships
- Proven experience of coaching line managers in ER cases.
- Have a positive, pragmatic, can do approach to all areas of work.
