**Overview**

COOK is looking for a remarkable person to nourish relationships between COOK and its Concessions retailers. **Role**
- Support leaders in conducting and reviewing risk assessments in required time.
- Manage central OPS risk assessment register to identify gaps efficiently.
- Assist in investigating accidents and near misses to determine causes and propose preventive measures so that actions are closed efficiently.
- Coordinate investigation process and administrate documents to assist with RCA
- Maintain up to date OPS health and safety documents
- Support H&S manager with daily H&S tasks
- Work with a safety mindset at all times.
- Encourage and promote the safety mindset as “normal behaviour” in the kitchens
- Actively promote and encourage safety observation process

**Good to Have**
- IOSH managing safely
- Previous experience in H&S
- Knowledge of risk assessment and accident investigation
- Collaborative team player
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills a must
- Resilience

H&S qualifications and previous experience will be seen as advantage but are not essential for this role as full training will be provided.
