We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Caulders Cupar to help oversee our busy daytime restaurant. Our restaurants are open 7 days from 9am to 5pm - so no evening or split shifts

As Restaurant Supervisor you will have a proven track record with previous managerial/supervisory experience in running a large team in a busy restaurant. You will be happy to dive into the Kitchen to prepare food or lend a hand with Front of House, taking orders and delivering quality food in a timely manner. You will help to encourage and maintain a happy, motivated and productive team and whether it’s managing expectations**,** mentoring staff in the restaurant or making sure that all your paperwork is perfect, you will approach each challenge with the same dynamic, can-do attitude.
