**£10-12 hourly dependent on experience**
**Full-time position, based in Linlithgow**
**9 month maternity cover, potential for permanent extension**

Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a business based in Linlithgow to hire an Office Co-ordinator to ensure the smooth and effective running of their head office. This will be a varied position with no two days being the same, and willbe well-suited to an organised and presentable professional with prior experience within an office co-ordinator/PA role.
**Duties involved in this role will include**:

- Monitoring and ordering office supplies and stationary
- Liaising with the landlord, facilities and external suppliers on behalf of the business to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Diary and meeting room management
- Maintaining the office public areas and welcoming any visitors, clients or suppliers to the property
- Organisation and administration of charity events
- Organising travel for directors

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience with in a similar office co-ordinator/PA role
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Ability to take initiative and self-motivate
