The Club is currently seeking experienced control room staff to work on matchdays/major events, on a casual basis, at Bloomfield Road. You will operate as an ambassador for the Club and provide a best-in-class service in order to enhance the fan and customer experience, whilst ensuring safety and security standards are maintained at all times.

The main purpose of the role is to safeguard the public, supporters, protect property, and ensure the security of data. You will be entrusted with many responsibilities, ranging from operating and monitoring banks of screens, reporting incidents as evidence, and liaising with the Deputy Ground Safety Manager / Ground Safety Manager.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Effectively monitor the CCTV system on match day / events days and take any remedial or immediate action and notification as appropriate to events reported.
- Produce and maintain continuity of all detailed records or evidential material required in a clear, concise, legible accurate format.
- To communicate with other Staff and external agencies in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- To carry out match day / event day equipment checks and report all equipment faults to the Deputy GSM / Ground Safety Manager.
- Additional duties as reasonably requested by the Deputy GSM / Ground Safety Manager.
- To adhere to the Club’s Safeguarding Policy at all times.
- To promote a safe and healthy working environment for all players and staff
- To promote a professional image of the club and themselves at all times.
- To contribute to identifying and undertaking initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
- To work with and support other team members as required ensuring effective and efficient service is developed and delivered.
- You will be expected to seek ways of updating and improving personal skills, knowledge and understanding relevant to your own job role.

**Qualifications**
- Must have a valid, in date SIA CCTV license
- To hold or be working towards (within a 12-month period) an NVQ Level 2 or above qualification in Spectator Safety

**Experience**
- Administration experience within a fast paced, pressurised environment
- Sound general administration and record keeping skills
- Experience working within sports stadia or event control rooms

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Must be exceedingly observant with a high level of concentration and be able to divide your attention in order to monitor multiple occurrences taking place at a single setting
- Teamwork and drive results - working in a fast paced and busy environment, desire to achieve targets
- Have an understanding of football, and be able to demonstrate Club knowledge and history is desirable
- Ability to communicate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, adapting style and approach as and when required
- Attention to detail
- Flexible approach to work with a passion for high volume and fast paced operational environment and a proven commitment to teamwork
- Flexible attitude to working hours
- Knowledge of the Green Guide 6th Edition

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.50 per hour
