My client is looking to recruit a full time Caravan Sales Executive to join our team at Rushden, Northamptonshire to sell new and used Caravans.

My client is a family-owned business with over 50 years’ experience selling the leading brands in the industry.

Their Rushden based sales centre offers one of the largest showroom displays of caravans in the country and their business has grown with a loyal customer support.

Experience of Caravan sales is not essential as you will receive full training, however you must be used to working in a direct sales environment.

The successful sales executive will have the ability and understanding to look after customers from the initial enquiry through to handover and ensuring that their expectations are exceeded. You should be able to walk your customers through the sales process in a confident and thoughtful way but have the strength to close the sale and complete the process and offer the highest standard of service to achieve customer satisfaction.

Hours: 6 days a week (Wednesday is a non-working day)

Sunday Rota

Holiday: 30 days including bank holidays

**Salary**: £35k OTE (Basic £19400.00)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,600.00-£35,000.00 per year
