Project Coordinator

We are a specialist renewable heating systems company and are looking for an Projects Coordinator to join our team at an exciting time. Renewable heating systems are the future for heating our homes and buildings as we move away from fossil fuels. We expect significant growth in the future and want the right individual to join us and oversee the successful completion of projects.

The Project Coordinator will organise site teams to ensure successful completion of a projects within budget and to industry leading standards.

During project installations you will monitor progress, record relevant information, and troubleshoot issues to deliver a positive result within an essential target time.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the day to day project management of our on site teams.
- Organising daily tasks and programme for next stages of the work.
- Managing all trades to meet key performance indicators. Continuously improving all aspects of activities.
- Meet output deadlines, ensure proper planning and correct follow up procedures.
- Check all internal procedures and industry best practice standards are adhered to and monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance with all industry standards including H&S.
- Ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Ideally from a heating, construction or technical background.
- Strong work ethic, morals and integrity.
- Work well under pressure.
- Strong management and leadership experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with all office packages and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and decision making skills.
- Able to hold meetings with clients and trades people and organising the next steps.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
