Parcel Sorter

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Sorter to join our client based in Burntwood. As a Sorter, you will be responsible for organizing and categorizing materials in a warehouse setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £12.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Working hours: Monday to Friday (3am-10.30am)

**Responsibilities**:

- Sort and organize materials based on predetermined criteria
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 15kg) tasks to move materials within the warehouse
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory
- Load and unload materials from trucks or containers
- Build and stack materials according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in the warehouse

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred
- Ability to handle physical demands including heavy lifting
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and materials handling procedures
