Hiraeth is our bar & restaurant located in the beautiful village of Llysworney, Cowbridge.

We are on the search for enthusiastic, talented individuals who take a keen interest in hospitality and serving our guests the very best produce possible with the very best service.

We are now on the search for some amazing part-time waiting staff. Experience in a similar style restaurant or bar is essential. Here at Hiraeth we offer taster menus and a regularly changing a la carte menu which require the team to learn the dishes and have an interest in the produce, how it has been prepared and cooked so they can confidently talk to guests about the food.

We are looking for people who have confidence in speaking to guests. Talking about our food and drink and engaging with our guests is a key part to the service. Taking a real interest in the food & drink is a must as it really comes across in the service given.

We are looking for individuals who can work weekends and evenings (our busiest times) and enjoy being part of a close team. Due to our location transport is a must.

Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: £8.50-£10.50 per hour
