Midweight Designer

We are looking for a Midweight Designer to join our exciting tech-driven, employee-focused company. You will work across all our brands and marketing channels, so an understanding of best practice for onsite, social media and direct mail is a must, and experience working on motion graphics is a plus.

**Position**: Midweight Designer
**Location**: Malta or within 3 hour commute of London

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with senior stakeholders to develop high level design concepts and carry them through to production
- Produce inspired creative design solutions to marketing briefs across all our brands and markets.
- Keep up to date with current industry trends and identify new design opportunities

**Essential criteria**:

- 2+ years’ experience developing B2C websites/channels
- Eager to learn, evolve and push new creative ideas
- A confident communicator who can interact across all levels of the business
- Experience using InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, Miro, Figma etc.

**Desired criteria**:

- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices
- Experience with motion graphics
- Experience working in the gambling industry
