**About the role**:
**Lecturer in SEND**

**Salary range: £16,393 - £20,153 per annum (£32,787 - £40,306 full time equivalent) plus excellent pension benefits + generous annual leave**

**Location: Bexley**

**Hours/ work pattern: 18.5 hrs, 52 weeks**

**The Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lecturer to join our “Outstanding” SEND team, and make a positive impact on the lives of SEND learners through creative expression and artistic exploration.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to use their excellent teaching and skills to provide an outstanding learning experience for our learners with a range of SEND ranging from severe to moderate.

Applicants should hold a full teaching qualification and be highly experienced in working with learners with a range of SEND. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire both students and staff. You’ll also have exceptional organisational skills combined with good IT knowledge and sound administration skills. You would also have experience, or the ability to learn how to carry out EHCP annual reviews and consultations with our local authorities.
