**Job Title**: CSCS Shop Fitter/ Labourer

**Location**: Worcestershire

As a Sign Installer Labourer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of retail signage and display systems. Your primary duties will include:
Working closely with the Field Managers and Field Operations Support to follow installation instructions.

Loading and transporting products to installation sites, ensuring their protection during transit.

Conducting site surveys as required.

Collaborating with supporting fitters, teams, or subcontractors as needed for specific jobs.

Tracking working hours using the company's Field Reporting System (FRS) and updating records in real time.

Participating in briefings and product training sessions provided by the company.

Completing and submitting weekly timesheets for accurate job costing.

Providing regular progress updates to the Operations Team while on-site.

Returning any necessary paperwork associated with the job.

Capturing photographic information when required for verification purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Hold accreditations, including CSCS and ideally iPAF.
- Exhibit excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Be willing to work away from home, occasionally at night, and on weekends.
- Have a good understanding of national installation work risks and health and safety requirements.
- Confidence, self-motivation, and the ability to complete tasks to a high standard.
- Maintain a well-presented and articulate demeanor as the sole representative of the company.
- Possess personal tools required to complete the job.
- Driving License and Own Transport.

**Benefits**:

- Full time hours: 40 - 50 per week.
