Are you looking to work with a business who are involved in some truly fascinating projects? We're seeking a dynamic and skilled Telecoms 2nd Man Rigger to join our dedicated team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecom infrastructure, including antennas, cables, and related equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the lead rigger and team to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, both at ground level and while working at heights.
- Perform equipment checks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of telecom systems.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade the latest 2G/3G/4G & 5G LTE wireless telecommunications equipment.
- Installation of antenna and feeder cables, fibres / DC cables on roof tops & towers, and have a good understanding of rigging specifications.
- Antenna alignment, PCA Ret Control, Anritsu site master Testing across PCN technologies, PIM Testing & Fibre testing.
- Tower strengthening & upgrading of steel works.
- Decommissioning of equipment from mast, towers, and rooftops.
- Microwave installations & Line of Sight surveying.
- Meeting the highest standards of work and health and safety requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Working at height experience, with 2 years’ experience (preferred)
- MATS Climber & Tower Rescue.
- Rooftop Access
- Working at Height Medical
- Rigging and Lifting
- Emergency first Aid
- RF Awareness
- Good communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Must be prepared to travel & work Nationwide, being away from home.
- Full UK driving license.

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
