**About Us**:
We are a rapidly growing pharmacy with customer service at its core.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functionality.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and consultations
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee information, financial data, and client records.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Address employee queries and concerns regarding administrative issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a business administrator, office administrator, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
