We are recruiting a Head of Contact and Administration to join our Contact and Administration team.

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage all functions within the Contact and Administration Team, delivering a high quality and efficient service. Childcare across England is an essential component of a child’s opportunity to thrive, it also plays an important role in the economic health of the country. The Head of Contact and Administration works to the Principal Officer, Regulatory Support and works very closely with the ARC Regulatory Team and regional Early Years teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity to further your experience in Ofsted’s well-established team. The post holder will work with high-achieving professionals at all levels, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team.
