**Job Opportunity - Communications Coordinator**

Venn Group are currently working on a position with a highly-regarded organisation based in Cambridgeshire, to source a Communications Coordinator for the following assignment:

Location: Cambridgeshire (Hybrid working, up to two days on site)

Contract:6 months+

**Salary**: £16.07 per hour plus holiday pay

Hours: 36.5 per week

**Your duties will include**:

- Supporting promotion of the organisations reports, news items and events
- Creating content for social media campaigns, such as tweets, posts and creatives
- Managing the promotion of content on social media platforms
- Supporting the social media marketing for the organisations various channels and programmes
- Supporting the delivery of webinars streamed to social media platforms and the sourcing of a livestreaming platform for hybrid events
- Assisting with the coordination of publication assets including updating the news site with new publications and liaising with teams on promotional materials for publications
- Delivering high-impact campaigns via social, online events and other digital channels
- Creating dynamic content for campaigns (via various channels including social posts etc.)
- Utilising social media platforms; Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
- Publishing content to YouTube or Vimeo
- Experience of working in a communications role and utilising multimedia approaches
- Knowledge of social media platforms and social management tools
- Practice using desktop publishing software designing communications material for public audiences
- Knowledge of successful planning and delivery of communications projects
- High standard of spoken and written English for formal and informal communications
- Ability to communicate effectually, speak confidently and articulately, and write effectively for a range of audiences on a range of issues
- A team player, confident in a fast-moving environment
