Handyman/Women - Annesley

Job duties & responsibilities will include (but are not be limited to):
To ensure we provide a well maintained, homely, comfortable family environment for the people who choose to live or work here.
To provide support to the Managers in maintaining a suitable environment for the residents choosing to live with us.
Respond to emergency repair situations in a timely way.
Liaise with contractors to undertake tasks outside of skill set, feedback on their performance and develop positive relationships with them.
Treat residents and staff with respect and dignity, respecting their personal choices to deliver a flexible service.
To read and update risk assessments relevant to the role.
To ensure accurate records are completed and correctly stored, and updated/reviewed at agreed intervals.
From time to time to support quality assurance checks on the home.
To be aware of safe guarding and regulatory procedures reporting concerns to the Maintenance Lead/Manager of the service.
Any other reasonable duty as directed
We need a driver with access to a vehicle although the maintenance team share a company van.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Handyman/Women: 1 year (preferred)
