**Operational**:

- Ability to quickly understand the structure of the company, marketplace and competition and broad understanding of our products
- Knowledge of compliance requirements with regards Data Protection, Health and Safety, Employment Law (UK & Ireland) and SMCR / SEAR
- Good knowledge of HR disciplines

**Associated skills**:

- Ability to combine strategic thinking with attention to detail, accuracy and tactical activity
- Excellent communication, diplomatic and relationship building skills
- Experience of working on multiple projects, prioritising appropriately and using data to drive performance
- Ability to manage outsourced relationships

**Qualifications**:

- Degree level educated in either HR or with a HR qualification equivalent to CIPD Level 5
- Consideration would be given to people with appropriate work experience in a related field.
