We are working with a Macclesfield based Claimant practice are seeking a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner cases. They are offering a flexible working situation alongside great numeration and excellent benefits. This firm is a fantastic employer and are lookingfor a paralegal/fee earner to join them in Macclesfield on a permanent basis.to handle a caseload of industrial deafness cases.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling own caseload of housing matters
- Disrepair, possession and private landlord matters
- Assisting other fee earners in the department
- Drafting documents, bundles, witness statements and statement of costs
- Liaising with counsel
- Undertaking legal research
- Attending clients offices and courts as and when needed
- File managements - Assisting with the monthly billing for the team
- Handling financial due diligence - Providing administrative support to the team
- Undertaking relevant training as required
If you are a paralegal or a fee earner and you're looking for a new role where you can utilise your current experience in litigation then this may be the role for you. This firm is offering someone with great PI or RTA litigation experience the opportunityto retrain into housing disrepair cases. Ideally you have experience handling your own litigated caseload and are interested in transferring into another area
