Kitchen Assistant

At Skylark, we will be celebrating our two year anniversary in June, as we move into what should be a bumper summer for our business.

Our shop and terrace is a multifaceted operation with a creative and agile approach. We host music evenings, wine tastings and tours, yoga mornings, private events and everything in-between. We have a beautiful terrace area that overlooks the vineyard and we serve amazing coffee, cake and locally sourced beer, wine and spirits. We have a varied food offering including brunch, lunch, wood-fired pizza and BBQ. We continue to develop this with local suppliers and exciting products.

We are very proud of our sustainable farm shop, and we stock many local products and support local suppliers. We are very scrupulous with who we choose to work with, and are always looking to improve our sustainability credentials.

As we grow we are looking for someone with ambition and a focus on quality to join our kitchen team. Hospitality experience is a necessity and we want to work with someone that has the same passion and drive for great products, great service and great standards. We have a small and cohesive team, and we are looking for someone with experience to join them whilst keeping our customer experience central to all that we do.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
