We are working exclusivly with a SaaS organisation based in Richmond who are looking for an interim NetSuite Implementation Consultant to join them. This role will initially be for 4-6 months with the likelihood of an extension.

The NetSuite Implementation Consultant will be responsible for partnering with NetSuite and the wider business to ensure a smooth transition with little disturbance to day to day. They will also be working with various people across the business to optimisethe use of this software.

Key responsibilities:

- Implement and configure NetSuite to address business needs and processes
- Cleanse and migrate legacy transactional and entity data from Minesoft’s existing databases to NetSuite
- Lead the set-up of automated billing and revenue recognition processes
- Provide support in building reports, saved searches and dashboards that provide comprehensive and forward-looking Business Intelligence
- Establish test cases and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives have been met
- Manage the "Go Live" deployment processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during this cutover
- Support the client following "Go Live" deployment to troubleshoot issues that arise, and promote additional methods to optimise the system for enhanced performance
- Additional responsibilities include:

- Work and communicate effectively with cross-functional team members
- Prioritise project workload to ensure milestones and objectives are attained

Ideal person:

- Previous experience of successful NetSuite implementations
- A thorough understanding of Finance would be advantageous
- Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Effective communication skills, able to talk Tech to non-tech individuals
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Be flexible in approach
- Good time management and organisational skills
